Self-Published Author Darla Murker








     In addition to working a traditional job, I also run a small farm.  My family is very important to me, and my interests and hobbies include painting, singing, event organization and planning, travel and education.  I am a two-time cancer survivor: I only mention it to further hope in others who are also reclaiming their health from it.  

     I'd written my first book almost 11 years ago, collected a share of rejection slips from "conventional" publishers and a few glowing reviews from friends, then left it sit while I pursued other interests.  Thanks to my husband, I now have an outlet for it.  I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
